From hiring talent to booking food trucks to making sure the event has police officers on detail and parking attendants to direct the masses of cars pouring into the venue- you gotta hand it to us because food truck events are a lot of work! This year, LStar Management’s SouthField in Weymouth, MA with the help of lolagraceEVENTS threw 5 food truck rodeos over a span of 4 months. The musical acts varied in genres, from Jimmy Buffet tribute bands to country and blue grass groups. There were balloon artists, face painters and lawn games for the kids, adult beverages for the older crowd and cuisine served by all the best food trucks in the Boston area. With all the hype it’s no wonder why each SouthField Rodeo managed to attract over 3,000 rodeo-goers in attendance!
