Jade and Matt Cox were married Saturday, June 20, 2015 at the Red Lion Inn in Cohasset, MA. Their rustic retro wedding was not only impressively elegant- it was also filled with personal touches, DIY elements, and nods to traditional Italian heritage. Even the couple’s love for animals was represented with a doggie treat stand, complete with Jack’s All Natural dog cookies, photos in frames of their own dogs and also photos of pups that were available for adoption at the Last Hope K-9 rescue organization! Can I just say, it is truly admirable to be involved with a antibride and antigroom so selfless that they use their special day to help find love for rescue dogs within the guests of their own wedding. Sigh. Applause! Standing ‘O’! Not only did they make their wedding unique with their puppy passions, they also incorporated a bit of their personal background with an Italian treat table, perfected with colorful Jordan almonds, Montilio’s bakery cookies and Italian pizzelles, homemade by the bride’s family! Mmmmhhm.
